For easier understanding of the construction process, and particularly for greater and better transparency of our work, we at Marles have decided to combine the construction stages that we typically perform for our clients into structured packages. This makes the decision on the building stage and the construction package easier for you and, above all, more transparent.

Building phases

We have grouped the building phases into structured packages:

Project and workshop documentation (conceptual design, building permit documentation, project for implementation, documentation of works implemented, Environmental Fund documentation, operating permit, technical preparation, and workshop drawings)
Fabrication and installation of structural elements (external walls, internal walls, ceilings, and roof structure)
Supply and installation of joinery (windows, front doors, window sills, blinds)
Organisation and management of the construction site

Fabrication and installation of structural elements includes:

All external walls with thermal and acoustic insulation and façade with a special mortar bearing layer, reinforced mesh, and electric wall casings according to the project for implementation.

All internal walls with thermal and acoustic insulation and electric wall casings according to the project for implementation.

Ceiling construction elements with thermal and acoustic insulation on the walking surface, finished with wooden panels, and the underside of the structure lined with fire-rated gypsum plasterboard.

Roof structure with insulation and all necessary membranes, with the inside surface lined with fire-rated gypsum plasterboard.
