Committed to sustainable development
We build the future of living, creating homes where innovation and sustainability come together. Our green-ovative approach has pioneered the development of timber preconstructed buildings, using more natural and environmentally-friendly materials, for decades. Better homes, built to last.
Our vision is to be a globally recognised brand for climate-smart living, that elevates human potential, whilst generously serving its environment. So, our homes align perfectly with the expectations of people who care for the environment and wish to live in modern homes, maintaining their connection with nature.
We are a forward-thinking organisation, in tune with today and the future of living. Our approach to sustainability does not stop with the homes we build, rather we have a holistic approach, covering all aspects of our organisation and business activities.
We have ambitious sustainable goals and measures in place, including achieving net zero houses and houses which will contribute to climate positive living, through it’s negative carbon footprint. An excellent example is a family home “dom24”, built as Marles house in Marles Campus in Maribor, Slovenia.
Sustainability is a core believe; it is at the heart of everything we do as an organisation. It has always been a key part of our DNA.
Our journey towards climate-positive living, stiving to build buildings with a negative CO2. footprint. We have an ambitious strategy that in the future all of our buildings will have a positive contribution to the environment. This is an indication of how we take sustainability very seriously.

Marles' innovations play a key role in our sustainable development and the development of positive living around the world: through careful selection of the materials we use, introduction of technologies for greater efficiency, incorporation of sustainable solutions in our buildings and careful reduction of resource consumption, emissions, and waste.
Wood is the core structural element of our buildings, with every building assembled in our production facility, carrying the promise of lasting quality and our commitment to environmental sustainability.
Building with wood and natural materials, without the use of synthetic insulation solutions, means a healthier and more sustainable way of living.
