Marles built another luxury tourist resort in Istria
Ravni villas offer an impressive combination of aesthetic appeal and sustainable construction. The construction system is based on low-energy technology, which ensures exceptional energy efficiency. Corrugated roof tiles and stone facade cladding not only add an aesthetic element, but also contribute to optimal insulation and reduction of energy consumption, while preserving the characteristic elements of Istria. Hidden gutters and a gabled roof with a slight pitch add a modern look to the villas.
Each Ravni villa, although similar in basic architectural design, reflects unique emotions and brings a sense of home for visitors. Spanning over 170 square meters of living space over two floors, the floor plans are carefully planned to ensure comfort and functionality. With more than 63 m², the terrace on the upper floor offers an extraordinary view of the endless sea, which inspires visitors with its beauty. Each bedroom has its own access to the terrace, and each villa has its own pool where guests can cool off and enjoy peace and comfort, adding extra value to their stay.
Ravni Villas are a great example of how architectural art can be combined with sustainability to create luxurious and energy-efficient spaces that offer unique experiences. With this project, Marles and Studio 92 set new standards in the tourist offer on the Croatian coast, while proving that it is possible to combine technical perfection with aesthetic appeal and functionality.
