Marles Open House Day in Tržič
On Saturday, 13 April 2024, between 10.00 and 15.00, as part of the Open House Day, you are kindly invited for a visit and a tour of a typical house located in the vicinity of Tržič in the Gorenjska region. This Marles type house with a pitched roof is characterised by its modern design, extremely rational yet spacious floor plan and high energy efficiency.
The house is built to the standard of a passive or nearly zero-energy house, and the client has also received an Eco Fund grant for the installation of a central ventilation system. The building materials used in the construction of the house follow the principles of sustainable construction and offer a healthy and very comfortable living environment.
The architectural design is distinguished by this two-storey building with a ground floor standing height of 2,70 metres and a full-height upper floor with a standing height of 2,5 metres. The desire for a simple, traditional but technologically modern house resulted in a very spacious home for a modern family. The house was built as a turnkey project.
