Marles will build a tourist facility in Modrejce.

  • At Marles, we are delighted to announce our collaboration with LT91 in the construction of a sustainable tourist facility in the heart of the beautiful Soča Valley in Slovenia. This modernly designed guesthouse will feature a ground floor, a canopy, and an attic, combining aesthetic sophistication, functionality, and respect for nature.

Authentic comfort embraced by nature

The guesthouse will feature 13 accommodation units, including 12 rooms and one apartment, all designed with comfort, well-being, and a genuine connection to the local environment in mind. The view of the lake, surrounding mountains, and direct connection with nature will ensure an unforgettable experience, offering something unique yet authentic through the blend of local culture and sustainable tourism.

Sustainable design with a wooden structure and modern furnishings

Marles' wooden frame structure will significantly contribute to the sustainable design of the building, which will encompass a total area of 981.92 square meters. The basement, constructed from reinforced concrete, will house a reception area, a restaurant, and a spa. Additionally, the basement spaces will be equipped with high-quality SUPREME 92 SELECTION wood-aluminum joinery with concealed fittings, ensuring energy efficiency, durability, and a modern appearance.

The company LT91 commented on the project:

"With a facility located in the heart of the Soča Valley, right next to the Most na Soči lake, we aim to tell a story of sustainable tourism that honors culture and history while also caring for the future.

With stunning views of the lake, surrounding mountains, and direct connection to nature, we strive to build trust with our guests through responsible and sustainable practices. Our goal is to inspire a love for the local environment while offering something unique yet deeply authentic. Every space has been designed with comfort and well-being in mind, ensuring an unforgettable and pleasant experience for all our guests."

  • With this project, Marles reaffirms its commitment to sustainable construction and its support for the development of sustainable tourism facilities in Slovenia. The guesthouse by the lake in Most na Soči, with its sustainable concept and exceptional design, represents a significant step towards the sustainable development of Slovenian tourism while offering visitors a unique experience that combines comfort and relaxation amidst nature.
