Solar power plant - energy-efficient living
Electricity consumption in passive and nearly zero-energy houses is very low. There are, however, still some energy costs. This energy can be fully provided by installing solar panels, which use the sun to generate all the energy needed. With your own solar power plant, you can be energy self-sufficient and forever independent of market price fluctuations.
As part of the Marles advantages, the FUTURE package (free of charge as part of the advantages) includes the pre-installation of a solar power plant (we offer an advanced service that will significantly simplify your path to energy self-sufficiency and thus allow you to become energy independent). In cooperation with Porsche Slovenia, we have developed a special Marles CLEAN ENERGY package in addition to the above-mentioned package.
By doing so, we have taken a step forward towards comprehensive sustainable solutions in the areas of housing and e-mobility. The Clean energy package includes the MOON solar power plant, which allows you to generate your own environmentally friendly solar energy, and the MOON intelligent charging station, which allows you to charge your car quickly and safely.
The MOON solar power plant offers a new concept in energy: lowering the cost of electricity and independence from electricity rates. The package can also be upgraded with a MOON energy storage unit, which provides hassle-free storage and flexible power supply.
The system requires no charging, has no moving parts, is quiet and requires minimal maintenance. Properly connected, the elements are completely safe. Installing the modules on the roof is like covering them with roof tiles, and the electrical connections work risk-free. The operation of a solar power plant does not cause any radiation, it simply harnesses the rays of sunlight. With your own solar power plant, you reduce your electricity bill and generate a surplus that can be stored in a home storage or electric batteries, or given/sold to the open grid.
One of the most important things when it comes to a photovoltaic system is a suitable surface where it will be installed. This can be a roof, a balcony railing, a facade, a carport, or any other suitable surface. The location of the solar cells itself is not important, nor is direct solar radiation necessarily required. The energy source for a photovoltaic system is light. A photovoltaic system generates electricity during daylight hours, i.e. even when it is cloudy. Therefore, even in areas where it is cloudy for most of the day and the sun is not shining, there is still enough light to generate electricity. The amount of electricity that the plant will generate depends on its peak power, the amount of solar radiation in the micro-location, the inclination and orientation of the roof, the outside temperature, and other similar factors. It is also possible to obtain a subsidy from the EcoFund for the installation of a solar power plant. We have also recently installed solar panels for a solar power plant on the Marles DOM24h house - our net-zero energy house under construction.
