Upgrade of Hotel Dom Planica – a project that excites us

We are especially delighted to support the creation of top-notch conditions for Slovenian and international athletes preparing for new competitions and achievements in Planica.
Construction of additional rooms at Hotel Dom Planica
One of our most prominent projects is the upgrade of Hotel Dom Planica. As part of this project, we are constructing six additional rooms for elite athletes, equipped with top-quality sound insulation and modern sanitary facilities. All rooms will have access to a balcony stretching across the entire length of the hotel.
Quick assembly of wooden prefabricated elements
The prefabricated elements were manufactured in our production hall under controlled climate conditions, enabling exceptionally fast and efficient construction, independent of weather conditions. Just a few days after the start of work, we successfully protected the structure from rainfall, ensuring that the upgrade will soon be ready for the athletes training in Planica.

Modular construction stands out for its exceptional energy efficiency, as building elements are precisely designed and tightly connected, minimizing heat loss and ensuring high airtightness. This enables optimal energy use and contributes to more sustainable living. Additionally, the use of natural materials such as wood reduces the carbon footprint and promotes eco-friendly construction.
Another key advantage of modular construction is the speed of execution. Building elements are prepared in a controlled production environment, allowing for consistent quality control and eliminating delays caused by weather conditions. On-site assembly is therefore significantly faster, enabling swift project progress, quicker move-in timelines, and efficient project completion.
