Luxury villas in Croatia
For Wild Adriatic way as investor, we completed a project of five luxury villas in Croatia in 2023, based on the plans by Studio92.
Each villa is 187 square metres of net living area over two storeys, covered by a low-pitch double-eaved roof with concealed gutters.
The ground floor is designed as a daytime living area, while the upper floor comprises four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The surrounding area of each villa, with 300 square metres of exterior space, allows for carefree outdoor living, with both shaded and sunny areas available.
The distinctive feature of these villas is their functional design, designed by a Croatian architect, and at the same time a clear link with the Istrian traditional façade.
