A year of success, innovation and sustainability

With over 120 signed contracts in 2024, including 25 for the new Lumniya house, we have once again proven that our customers recognize the quality, innovation, and value we bring to their homes.

Our commitment to quality and design has been recognized with prestigious awards such as the BigSEE Award, the Wood-Span Innovation Award, and the Best Marketing Breakthrough Award. These accolades affirm that we are leaders not only in construction but also in innovation and communication.

Obtaining the Green Star certification is yet another confirmation that we are on the right path. With our focus on sustainability, ESG standards, and commitment to environmental protection, we set a leading example in the industry of how to build a future in harmony with nature.

One of our most notable projects is the construction of a residential building in Lenart, which combines the advantages of prefabricated and traditional construction. The building, featuring 37 apartments, serves as an excellent example of how the combination of these two construction approaches enables fast construction, high energy efficiency, and optimal living conditions for residents.

In the beautiful Soča Valley, we will be building a sustainable tourist facility, a guesthouse in Modrejce, in collaboration with LT91 d.o.o. This project stands out for its use of natural materials, such as wooden construction, and its exceptional architectural adaptation to the local environment. The guesthouse includes 13 accommodation units that provide high comfort, sound insulation, and energy efficiency, making it one of the top tourist facilities in Slovenia. This project demonstrates how modular construction can contribute to the development of sustainable tourism.

For Križe Primary School, we will build two modern extensions that incorporate sustainable solutions and provide improved conditions for both students and teachers. This project is another example of how modular construction can set new standards for public buildings, as it enables quick execution without disrupting existing infrastructure. The wooden structure and use of high-quality materials ensure excellent thermal and sound insulation, as well as the long-term sustainability of the building.

With over 400 successfully built public buildings, schools, and kindergartens, Marles has proven that our knowledge and experience deliver top-notch solutions for high-quality and sustainable construction. We are pleased to enhance our expertise with each new project and create buildings that will serve future generations.

One of the highlights of the year was the upgrade of Hotel Dom Planica, where we built additional facilities for athletes. By using lightweight modular constructions, we were able to expand the building safely and quickly without major interventions. The hotel now features new, modern rooms equipped to the highest standards of energy efficiency, sound insulation, and fire safety.

A successful 2024 would have been impossible without our excellent employees.
